Have you created a PowerPoint Presentation in an awesome format and with special fonts? Yet the Presentation looks gibberish in your client’s system? It may be because of the special and uncommon fonts you used in your presentation. Probably you can replace those fonts with some basic fonts to avoid this issue. But still if you want to use those uncommon fonts you must embed fonts in PowerPoint presentation to make it look better in your client’s PC as well.
For this reason, I am going to provide you a solution that will help you to embed fonts in your presentation. Just follow the steps given below.
Note: Embedding fonts will increase the size of the file.
Steps To Embed Fonts In PowerPoint Presentation:
Step 1: First create your PowerPoint presentation. Once done, in your Power Point Presentation click “File” and select “Save” from the menu or simply press “Ctrl + S” in your keyboard to save the presentation.
Step 2: This will open up the “Save As” Dialog Box.
Step 3: Now before saving the presentation, click on “Tools” and select “Save options” to embed the fonts.
Step 4: Once you click on that, the “PowerPoint Options” window will open up. In the last section of this window select “Embed fonts in the file”.
Alternatively you can also select “Embed only the characters used in the presentation” if you wish to reduce the size of the file.
Step 5: Now, click on the “OK” button to save the changes and exit.
That’s it. Now you have embedded fonts in your PowerPoint Presentation. You can also use these steps to embed fonts in your Microsoft Word document as well.
