One of the most common tools present in all photo editing software is Crop tool. There are many options in photoshop crop tool when compared to other photo editing software. The functions of Crop tool hasn’t changed since first version ofPhotoshop.
In this tutorial, I am going to teach you “How to use crop tool in photoshop” using Photoshop CS6.
Crop an Image in Photoshop CS6:
Step 1: Open the image in photoshop CS6 and select Crop tool which appears in left side menu bar. Immediately you can find a grabbable handle at the edges of the image.
Step 2: Use the grabbable handle and drag the edges where you want to crop and press enter.
Now you have cropped the image randomly. There are several options to crop a picture in photoshop CS6.
Step 3: Click unconstrain in the top menu bar. Once done a dropdown menu will open up. In that, select the aspect ratio whichever you want 1*1, 4*5, 4*3, 5*7, etc., and Press “Enter”.
Step 4: Now select “size and resolution” option and enter width, height, resolution.
Step 5: You can also change width and height parameters from Inches to centimeter, millimeter, columns, pixcas, points.
